Yes, Press Ctrl H brings up your history or go to history in the upper left corner and go to the bottom of the list show in side bar Ctrl+H

your browser stores a History file, which depending on the settings could be cleared every time the browser is quit or may save info for upwards of 30 days. Also, the browser has a cache file(s) saved which are the pictures/text/etc of the web pages you visited. It does so in order to speed load times next time you visit the page...it checks to see what has changed and only downloads the changes.
Both the cache and the history are configurable and can become very large files if not cleared frequently.
Check the preferences on your browser for specfics.

From Internet Explorer menu, goto
Tools - Internet Option
in the history, enter how many date u need keep the history, for example 30 days.
So all internet activities during 30 days will be kept in history.
U can activate from History in the IE Toolbar.

Yeh. There's a folder called Tempory Internet Files in the Windows folder of your hard disk. This will give you all the web sites you've been on. You can also use history on your browser.
