That i found out i was very wrong about some bad decisions i made in the past and they came back to "bite" me recently!
but, that's just the way life is! know now i'm better for those lessons! Thank God!

Jeez them painkillers are really awful tasting have had to start taking my meds with a glass of water rather than a nice hot cup of java!
