No. I still shop there and I'm 14. They have sizes up to 20, so they expect people that are over 13 to go there. I like Limited Too better than Hollister and AE because it is cheaper and their clothes are still cute!

If the clothes are similar to what teenagers are wearing, and they are not very juvenile [ baby prints or cartoon characters ],
buy clothes wherever you want.
Be sure you dress for your age group, and next age up [ high school ].
When I was a little skinny adult person, I could occasionally find cute tops in the boys and girls departments that fit, and were a lot cheaper!

Limited Too is just junior's clothes shrunken to fit little kiddies with no boobs. You can find the exact same clothes in the junior's department. It just depends if it fits...

well, only ocassionally, and for accersories ONLY because all their clothes are designed for younger ppl/tweens. Just think about this anytime you want to shop there: would my little sister like this or wanna wear this? THEN u know that u are way too old for that store lol.<3

I'm 17 and some of the accessories fit me. So if it's not too childish looking...go for it.
