I want to make an floor cushion ottoman, what materials would I need and how can I do it?

I don't sew so I'd need to go to some type of fabric store that can make it for me. I also would need to know what kind of fabric to use. I'm on a budget so I can't make leather. It would be circular Diameter 50" X Height 14". I'm in Bay area california, Walnut Creek. Any ideas would be appreciative! Also what kind of costs would I be looking at? I might fill them with rice if that's cheaper..thanks!

I don't understand. Do you want a floor cushion. or do you want an ottoman? An ottoman has legs.

If you want ti done for you, a seamstress or sew-er can make a cushion. I'd charge $150.00 to make one from upholstery material with foam rubber inside.

A carpenter can build an ottoman. I don't know how much it would cost. I suppose I would expect to pay about $200 - $250 for a custom built wood ottoman with upholstery on it.
