What would someone do if there ex won't return your phone call after leaving a message?

I am given a number to call my ex about me seeing my ex so i call it and he supposably is in the bath room so i I leave a message for my ex to call me back so i can find out when i can see my son but, he won't return my phone call. I have tried calling him and even leaving messages and he still won't return my call.

I would hire a lawyer,you have legal rights to see your son.
