Is there any laws in TX that state that kids that work are required to give half of their paychecks to the parent if the parent does not work?

No, but here is the catch. A child in this state cannot own property. Therefore anything that they buy, or money they make, is not really their's. Rightfully, if a child works, the parent can take the whole check if they want to. Now, most reasonable parents do not take their children's money, but they could.

That is why you hear of celebrity children emanipating themselves from their parents. There have been many cases of rich kids parent's taking their money and blowing it on whatever they want. So, the child emancipated themselves, and is legally an adult.

I have not been able to find such a law. As a minor, at common law, a child's income can be taken by a parent, whether the parent is employed or not. A minor may own property and have money, but it is subject to the parent's control and direction.

You may want to ask the Texas labor law department below.
