Food - because I'm losing weight very rapidly - up to half a stone a week.

Alcohol and tobacco were hard to give up. Tobacco more so actually. But that was decades ago so I doubt I will return to either.
Yet tobacco was actually easy. All I had to do was remember the blood I had been coughing up and that did the trick. How hard is that? Just common sense actually.
Alcohol, I still have the occasional yearning for a shot of Bailey's but I just avoid giving in.
Proud of these things? I suppose so. But after all, what are the alternatives? I was just using my common sense.
Now if I could only get over the habits of procrastination and chocolate consumption~ Food is the last big one on my list and it is proving to be very challenging.

Biting my finger nails...I am proud because, it was a nervous habit for more than half my life and I managed to overcome it, after all this time.

Letting go of my Past !
Selling and giving away a two car garage full of stuff , that was reminders of a life that doesn't exist any longer.

The eating habit . . . not good for my over-all health and well-being, of course, and my physical appearance to boot!

none but smoking is probably the most difficult to accomplish... or doing drugs. So if I were stupid enough to get hooked, and strong enough to quit, I would say smoking.
