To repress experiences is to bury them in your unconscious so that you are not consciously aware of them. For instance, bad childhood memories may be repressed. They may affect who you now are and your current attittudes, but you do not consciously remember those memories.
Sexually repressed would refer to sexuality being denied and hidden. A person who shows no sexual interest may be sexually repressed.

Repressed means that you choose not to remember something that happened because it may not have been a pleasant memory, or one that you wanted to remember. Or (on a funny note) clothes that need to be re-ironed.
