I have a math problem: 3 People share income and loss in a 3:2:1 ratio. Does that mean 30%, 20%, and 10% or what? If someone can tell me what this means then I can finish the rest of the problem. Thanks

No, think of it as a six part pie. First person gets three pieces, the second gets two, and the third gets one. Or 50%, 33.3% and 16.6%, roughly speaking.
