The weather in Las Vegas in mid to late November is highs in the 60s and lows in the upper 30s to 40s. Shorts would probably look out of place. But jeans or long pants and casual shirts will get you anywhere but the most posh establishments.

T-shirt and shorts will be fine. Probably be 80-upper 90's during the day and down to maybe mid-50's at night. All that sun on all that pavement out there keeps thing plenty warm though.

i'd keep checking the weather up until i leave. people can make predictions, but it's best to keep checking with the weather channel until you fly out.
