I have to write a speech for class on a "great communicator" (being someone who gets their points across well and does it with flair) but I can not think of anyone. Have any ideas who I should write about?

if you're taking about a great public speaker, all you have to do is look back in history. Martin Luther King Jr, comes to mind. if you want to go way back, Marcus Tullius Cicero was considered the roman empire's greatest orator. in terms of the best written communicator, hands down my favorite was Thomas Jefferson. the declaration of independence is one of the best if not the best written documents ever.

The Great Communicator is Ronald Reagan. He was just voted the Greatest American Ever;

He edged out Abraham Lincoln, who abolished slavery, and civil rights leader Martin Luther King.

George Washington, the first US president who is considered the father of the nation, comes in at fourth place.

Current US President George W Bush #6 and his predecessor Bill Clinton #7 , whose presidency was tarnished by the Monica Lewinski sex scandal, are both in the top 10.
