any work that you undertake out of the normal hours of work
that is classed as normal ie 8 am to 8 pm you are entitled to extra pay for unsocial hours worked however it is very difficult to actually get the employers to agree to this.because there is no actual law which states the definitve the unsocial hours.
so each company are free to define which hours they think are unsocial.bar staff taxi drivers etc work unsocial hours, but bar staff in particular still only work for min wage, and you cannot get a job much worse than that for unsocial hours.
the employment law leaves a lot to be desired for ppl that have to work unsocial hours.

NO law as such.. Some employers might pay a bit more for unsocial; hours but there is no law about it.

there is no law for this but a lot of employers class them as unsociable hours and offer extra wages to compensate for it.
