To list all of them would take way more space than YA can afford to use.

Try starting with these: Unicorns, Phoenix, Werewolves, Vampires, Frankenstein's monster, Hydra, Cyclops, Titans, King Kong, Godzilla, Loch Ness Monster, Abominable Snow Man...

Mythical creatures have been a part of story telling since before written history (see wall paintings). Every culture has some examples.

Here is a few of them:

The three Cyclopes- gigantic one eyed monsters- representing thunder, lightening and lightening bolts.

Hecatoncheires meaning "hundred handed". They were gigantic and had fifty heads and one hundred arms each of great strength. There were also three of them too.

The Sirens , sisters who lure sailors to their death. The song of the Sirens is irresistible but, they reside beyond impassable reefs which destroy the sailors boat when they try to reach the Sirens.

Typhoeus, who was a fire breathing dragon with a hundred heads that never rest.

There's not that much space here.
Unicorns: They drowned in the great flood.
Dragons: Gone just like the dinosaurs.
Griffins, Phoenix, Sphinx, Flying horses, Flying monkeys, Chupacabra, and Men.
