hi, im about to put a sprinkler system on my motox track, does any one no how much electric will cost to run a 1.5kw water pump for around 6hrs

jayktee96'g got it right, 10p is about a good figure per unit and it'll take about 9 units.
Doctrine365 is clearly "misguided", you're quite rightly on the UK & Ireland site.

1.5kw X 6 hrs = 9Kwh @ about 10p per kwh = appx. 90p. (or pro rata.)
ADDED>> Doctrine - look at the top of the page, it says, 'Yahoo- UK and Ireland' or change your settings from 'English Speaking' to US only.

63 cents. That's based on 7 cents per Kw. 7 cents is pretty average around America, but can be a lot more in some places.
