Drew Carey. Drew was a guest on the Late Show w/David Letterman and got the phone call about 10 minutes before he was to go on stage. He was there to promote The Power of Ten show (which has high ratings) and Drew announced it on David's show. It was all over the news & internet the next day. Good for Drew. They say Drew will take the show on the road and it'll be taped in different cities so fans all over have a shot of being a contestant.

Actually Drew was picked for a big reason. He is going to continue plugging animal rights on the show just as Bob did. This was Bob's big passion and I think that was why he was picked.
By the way, maybe Drew is boring, unattractive, not too funny and and can't act that well. However, he is a hell of a business man and quickly becoming one of the richer, and smarter men in Hollywood. After his residuals for The Drew Carey Show, and his ownwership of The Power Of Ten and Whose Line (USA), with his salary from Price Is Right, he is one wealthy boy.

Drew Carey is the new host. I don't know how well that will go over. But, it is a better choice than Rosie O'Donnell.
