He can't even see the devastation in his own country after Katrina. He doesn't give a flying f##k about war casualties wether military or civilian.
If I had my way it would be express train to the Hague for him.

I don't believe that at all! Money is his big love and all that he cares about. The soldiers are just part of the slave class that he is developing to make the rich richer.
