Why do you ned to control it. More you control more it will trouble you. I suggest you a simple meditation process. Just before sleeping lie down on bed, in complete darkness. Remove tight clothes (prefferably no clothes) and knots if any from your clothes so that blood circulates properly.
Now just let your thoughts flow, let them come and go. DO NOT try to force anything on your mind. DO this everyday for a month and then send me an email or post it here how do u feel.

Observe your breath and try to breathe normally when emotions tend to make it out of gear. Meditation will also help.

Keep a journal and check ur progress or note when u make a mistake and respond with ways to make things better.
