whenever I turn it on it keeps restarting, it won't even go to safe mode, it just keeps restarting, please help.

In order to ascertain why your computer frequently reboots without your prompting, it would be very helpful to know what kind of computer you have; what kind of CPU; how much RAM is installed; how old the computer is; what operating system you're using; how hot the computer is getting; whether you're using anti-virus software, anti-spyware software, firewall software; what you're doing just before the reboot occurs; and anything else that you can think of that might be pertinent.

Try to check your memory card and try to clean the contact points or change it. Another thing is your computer has a virus that corrupting your start up or your OS was corrupt and need to reinstall it.

IF you're using WIndows Vista, try turning it off by pushing the power button
