Initally looks...usually. For me, a pretty face is most important, then the rest...
Then a down to earth, non-judgemental, friendly personality, similar interests, ect...
But sometimes I may not give her a second glance at first, but over time, get to know her and see something awesome--so both... just depends

What you might call looksonality.
In physical appearance a nice butt, slim figure and pretty face with an honest and open smile.

It has to have a certain amount of visual appeal for you even to taste it but once you've bitten into it, the appearance doesn't matter much if at all. Its the combination of tasty elements that matter most.

Appearance - tall, well build, cute
