I need some recipes for dinner tonight. I've got chicken thighs in the fridge (thawed), but I am stumped. What can I make using these (and other common household ingredients) to make a good dinner? It has to be quick and easy, and I'd like to avoid fried chicken if I can.

What do you recommend?

put in casserole dish, salt, pepper, paprika, to taste. add dots of butter on top of pieces, add some water to dish. bake at 350 for 1 to 1 12 hour, you can cover for first half of baking. not real quick but sure is easy. add more water if needed. l usually baste at least once while baking.
Skin gets crisp and chicken is not dried.
Edit: l line with non stick foil (bottom and sides) and clean up is easy too

take the thighs, coat them in ranch dressing, then dip them in crushed crackers or even crushed corn flakes. Then bake them. That way, they're not fried, but you still get some flavor to them. Or marinate them in Italian dressing, then BBQ them
