Take some aspirin,and avoid salty foods.
Salty foods make you bloat,and cause you more pain.

take a couple of motrins, do some exersise, (go for a walk, go on a treadmill) do some type of activity, it helps a lot, also put the heating pad on just for 1/2 hour, and have some hot tea.

either climb into either a hotshower or bath, or you can get like a heating pad and place on your tummy...sitting on the toilet works for me..lol, and take some midol, i hope u get to feeling better, cramps are so icky!
