Hobby Lobby, Michaels, JoAnn's, and other crafts supply stores should sell wax and scents. Of course, you could buy a candle, melt it carefully down, and pour it into whatever mould you have.

As far as I know of Walmart and Target only sell pre-made candles. I'd give Hobby Lobby a call first. I shop there a lot and have never seen it, but that doesn't mean it isn't there. Also check the yellow pages for candle wax. I don't mean the real yellow pages, of course, just the on line ones.

Actually you will buy neutral wax and Bayberry essence - the essence is available at any candle supply. Good Luck!
