If I accidently took the last pill of my birth control pack instead of the first pill, what should I do?

Should I take two pills today since the pill I took is like a water or sugar pill?

Call the drug store and ask the druggist they will be more than happy to answer your question. I'm sure your not first one to do that, and why would you think it's like a water or sugar pill?

OK first off what BRAND are you on, there are many brands out there.

Some brands have hormones in that last week.

Some don't.

So, you MAY have taken a sugar pill. So you can just take your first pill in the first week and be fine IF the other one was a sugar pill.

Call your doctor or pharmacist.
