The word England should be removed from all reference to Magic Lines [ley lines] - instead, insert the name Britain [Breten] for that is what we are really talking about.

One of the most famous of British dowsers was the late Wizard, David Lloyd-George, prime minster.

Dowsing is still one of the most effective and efficient methods of finding water courses below the surface and even lost water pipes too.

Downunder in Oz the local native Australians use a dowsing technique of their own to find water in the dry arrid outback. They always find it.

Why would you want to speak to someone in a 'cult' dedicated to the unprovable phenomenon of Ley lines?

Cults use, abuse, cheat and steal. You most certainly will not receive an objective answer from someone wedded to dogma. They will simply use Ley Lines as a hook to try to recruit you. I have heard of several new age spiritual organisations which show the recognisable processes by which cults are recognised, but I don' know of one which is specific to Ley lines.

As others have said the Ley line claims are entirely based in belief and there is no objective proof that what is claimed is real, like any belief system. Either you believe its real, or you think its a load of rubbish.

You're talking about ley lines, I think. If so, they date back a lot further than 300 years. More like 3000. Have a look on wikipedia (see link below)

Lay lines go all around the world. Energy travels along these lay lines. That is why people in different parts of the world think of things at the same time.

What today are referred to as Ley lines go far back into Pagan rituals and are no more meaningful today than they were then. If you want to play with the idea I suppose it can be amusing but certainly not useful.

The lines that you referred to are called lay lines and are part of an ancient energy grid that connects many ancient sights like Glastonbury, stone circles and Atlantis

Ley lines have been there since the druids built stonehenge and before christianity. They were once worshipped and thought to be very powerful.
