For me the universe would be all matter so I would say just 1, its universal

I think that first there is a parallel universe where people are the exactly the same except they are frogs. Frog me right now is on the internet answering questions.

I think there is just one. It encompasses all the different galaxies. I could be wrong though. I just thought of other dimensions, maybe theirs is in a different universe. I guess we'll never really know being man isn't in space yet.

Well if UNIVERSE ca'nt be broken down in any way to mean just ONE !?! Then I guess so But the word also sounds or seems like it could mean in some form or fashion:

There is an infinite amount of universes. But people can't wrap their brains around 'infinity' so they always seem to disagree
