Working at Walmart, Kmart, or any other mart has absolutely NOTHING to do with needing and desiring a job to take care of your business. Don't let your ego inflate you to higher than you should be thinking. A job is a job is a job. If you need work, and you have a job while you are in school or whatever your goals and desires are - then you should continue to do that - without raising any question about your mental abilities. Thank God if you have the smarts - but reach for higher goals if you want - and don't worry about 'qualifications to work at Walmart. If you need the job - then Walmart or any other job is what you need for the moment.

dont tell any ever you got a 12 on the acts
and walmart hires even people who have less than average IQs
so even if you are retarded you can get urself a job at walmart
I live in NY and at my local walmart there are mentally disabled individuals who work at the store
they do a good job even though they arnt the brightest
so yea 12 is over qualified!!
good luck at getting your job :)

Actually , you`ve got it made , Einstein ! With a 12 , you`re not over-qualified for ANY job , which is what prevents a lot of people from getting work .
See you at Walmart`s ..............

Sorry, 8 points lower and you would have been a perfect candidate for a Customer Service Manager.

I got a 9 and work for the state, so I would say NO...LMAO...I got a 9 (25 yrs ago) because someone said, "Here take this test." i didn't realize the importance, so I "filled in the dots"...ABCDE, ABCDE, ABCDE...pretty good score for guessing at EVERY answer...ACT is important.
