Sounds like a bad headlight switch or ground problem in the circuit.
Wirediagram.com has wiring schematics for a fee or Eautorepair.net
You may want to replace the h/l switch first.

Find a mechanic. electrical problems can be serious issues look for recalls on that model .

chack your bulbs for lose or rusted ones. you have something grounding out try the bulbs cheap fix
