I have been called every day for 2 weeks from this number and i cannot phone it back as it is always engaged, any help appreciated. thank you

Contact your local phone company and see if they help you, explain the situation and they might be able to let you know who is calling and what options, if any, are available. I my guess is that it is an automated phone system and you will never get the call, by not getting the call you are probably saving yourself a lot of headaches.

Its in Fareham, I believe its a Mobile Phone company trying to offer you a cheap deal.
Try and call them back and get taken off their lists.

Most phone service providers allow you to 'block' specific numbers.. contact your service provider (Orange etc) tell them you are being harassed and ask them to block the number ..

Keep on ringing it and you'll soon find out who it belongs to. It can't be engaged all the time. Good luck on finding out who it is.

its a marketing number, they pestered me for 2 months! answer it and tell them where to get off.
