How to use the secret? You mean how to use the Laws of Attraction? First you have to understand that you are already "using" it, the idea is to learn how to control it better. I don't think you understand the concept based on your question. The best thing for you to do is go check out the movie (MAKE SURE it's original version with Esther Hicks though) or the book The Laws of Attraction by Esther and Jerry Hicks at your local library. You have to "get it" before you can "practice" it.

I do not how to use it, but I meet a lady at Wal-Mart the other day that had the book and she said she tried it and it really works.
I'm very spiritual and I am afraid to try it. It seems like it is part of an occult or something.
