i would like to know the laws, what i need e.g. special licenese i knw i require it for hazadous material, i have heard alot about buying a route, how would i go about that?

if you r in uk you do not need license to be a courier provided you do not have passengers. For hazardous goods you will need to be A.D.R. trained and may have to carry safety equipment depending on what type of hazard. Look up DTI (dept for trade and industry) as they have good website on all of this. good luck.

Write a business plan. All those questions will be answered when you are doing your research. the laws are different from city to city and state to state. You did not identify where you are located. How many drivers have you planned on having? Have you determined your start up cost and how much will it cost you to run the business for the next three years? A business consultant can help.
