The Taliban is a loose association of drug lords, arms traders, and other criminal behavior. They use religion and violence to fool the ignorant and defenseless into allowing them to control innocent citizens. They are little more than a middle eastern equivalent of the Mafia or MS-13, and should not be compared or confused with any Islamic sect (even the extremist ones).
Israel is a convenient propaganda target. If it and the USA did not exist, the Taliban would simply find someplace else to target.

I am pretty sure the Taliban wouldn't mind if Israel were to disappear. However, they are pretty preoccupied right now with attempting to stay alive and retake Afghanistan. If they ever regained control of Afghanistan and ended the civil war in Afghanistan, then they might begin to think of what to do with the rest of the world. But for now, controlling their own country is pretty much first, second, third, and fourth on the agenda.

Yes, the Taliban want rid of all Israelis. And they want to take Afghanistan back over so they can control the poppy (drug)exportation.
