I do know they share their paranoid fear of communism with the rest of the far right and even Neo Nazi's.

I am not sure what sort of point you are trying to make here. I consider myself independent but I find your premise to be shallow and overly simplistic. If that's the best thing you can say about Communism, it ain't a whole lot. Maybe you should go spend some time in Cuba and see how wonderful all that "equality" is working out there. Better yet, go to China where human rights are always a top priority. Yeah, I am sure women are treated real well in China. That must account for why they murder female babies.
Bush may be a horrible president but last time I checked, Iraqis are killing each other through suicide bombs. I also don't see any of that supposed oil, so again a flawed premise.

I think so, extreme conservatives are a very (closet) fascist bunch. Traditional fascism and conservatism aren't really that much different in ideology when you think about it.
