I think the earth's Poles should realize that there's a big downturn in the housing market happening right now. This is not a good time to be flipping anything.

I do not think so .at least not yet , But i do think the amount the Earth Wobbles Has slightly changed over recent years.
because the seasons here ( 38° 33' N BY 82° 44' W )
seem to be running 4 to 6 weeks later than they were 20 to 30 years in the past .But if they did flip then we would trade climates with part of south America.
Just a thought

Nothing will "happen", as if it will signal the end of the world or something like that. Polar reversals are seen about an average of every 300,000 years in 180 million years of continuous oceanic crust, and much older in discontinuous continental crust. There is no evidence of disruption in life due to polar reversals.

Birds will fly Noth for the winter; the Boyscouts will get lost in the Rockies, and after 5 or 6 crashes the FAA will recall 5,000 Boeing 747's for faulty navigational compasses.

we'll all need to get new compasses.... Chances are you won't see this happen in your lifetime so don't worry about it.
