I so wish I knew the answer to that one, just rang the plasterer to tell him I am ready for him and can he let me know what time he'll be coming in the morning, unfortunately I rang the wrong number and some young guy said some pretty strange things to me, laughing now but jeez what a dummy I am.

How do you know? You might have phoned a wrong number, thinking it's a right number and got the engaged tone. How would you know it was a wrong number!lol

lol i duno its soo annoying. i hate it when i get a rong number and it rings, then i realise its a wrong number so quickly hang up....2 seconds later the phone rings and theyr're like, hi, u just rung me. i just say, no no it wasnt me!!! lol

Because they looked on the collar ID and they did not know the number so they ignored it.
