you go onto your personal information and it will have where you can make it for public to see. keep in mind, you will be opening yourself up to lots of weirdos. be careful whose invitations you accept. always check there profile before accepting or sending invitations.

Dispite what everyone says, usualy you can't make your 360 public on your profile, it just doesn't work.
Make a link on your about me part of your page. I did that.
