Do u count reformed nail bitters too?
I used to chew my nails badly especially when im watching a thrilling scene in a movie.. I started fighting the habit when i realised how gross my fingers started to look.. I started using clear nail enamel, thick coating to discourage me from chewing.. It doesnt give a good feeling to bite.. I slowly got rid of it..

I use to bite them all the time, but now I have given it up completely. It was such a bad habit...and my nails always looked bad.

I have overcome the nail biting issues..........i don't do it anymore......but every once in a while i attempt to but i stop myself b4 it gets ugly.......lol
