The Whole Thing is That , The Biggest Power is Money. And everybody wants , and wants more and more of it. So every now and then products and services are created, advertised and market. They are finding novel ways of marketing and one of them is telemarketing. Every one has right to survive. everyone has right to resist the attack on privacy which you are trying to find out. But no way .They are going to stay unless Law enforces them to stay away from you by penalty for each call.

I read somewhere that who ever attempts telemarketing through mobile service provide. The license of the Service provider will be canceled. This is big decision of court in favor of consumers and against the Traders.
