where has all my mail gone?

the email client i use outlook seems to have stopped sending any e-mail to me i was inundated with spam and yahoo answers but now when i try to recieve e-mail it comes up as zero where is it going?????????

I don't know but I have just come back from a weeks holiday and I have over 4000 spam e mails so maybe I have got some of yours
