daily I am loving myself more and more. At first it was difficult but then I realized that I give so much of myself to others that I need to give unto myself, even if it means soaking in the tub, enjoying a cup of coffee by myself, things like that.
I am still learning to accept my body shape but I am better off now than I was ten years ago concerning my self image (even though I am heavier now than I was then)

I am still learning i am getting there though i like to see myself in a couple more years no that i am starting to love myself everyone is starting to love me to and it is helping me out alot

I have finally learn to love myself for who I am. My ex emotionally beat me down but I've learned that I'm lovable and important again.
