I am a Southern Country Gal and was raised on Biscuits and Gravy and Yes Grits. Gravy is easy to make, its all in remembering to get that bacon Grease Hot and stir in your flour, let it brown well or just slightly depending on if you prefer Dark Brown Gravy or Light Gravy (Hardee's is always( Light Milk Gravy), when it is Browned to your liking add a Glass of water, Mixed with 1/4 milk and stir, it will thicken as you cook it, so cut the heat to simmer and add more water to the gravy. Salt and Pepper to your Likes.. You can Buy the Biscuits at WalMart that are just as good as Home-made and less trouble to prepare.. Bonapetite....

Sounds good but it's too heavy for me this morning. I'll make biscuits when the weather's cooler. You don't want my gravy, never quite learned how to make it:)
