so i found these pills in my soon-to-be-sister-in-law's purse (i wasn't sneaking, she asked me to get something else out of it and they just fell out)
they're really small (about the size of a pea)
they're purple
certain days to take them in the package, ( like mon., tues., wed., thurs., fri., and so on)

Yeah, if it's labeled by days more than likely it's birth control pills. No big deal, she just doesn't want to get pregnant right now. Even if it's not BC pills i'm sure they're nothing illegal that you buy on the street...but my guess would be the "pill".

Yes they are birth control pills. There are different types and different colors because of the diferent manufactures. So my question to you is why do you want to know and what is your age my dear? I understand that you don't want to get in trouble but if your sister-in-law asked you to get something from her why didn't you ask her what they were? I'm sure that she would have either explained what they were (again depending on you age) or she would have told you to talk to your mom.
If you're afraid to talk to your mom about this talk to maybe a counsler at school but they will still refer you to your mom.
