Thrift stores. Usually they have good stuff and you can get several for $40. However, most of my blazers and suit jackets (all of my suits, for that matter) have been free blessings.

Target,Marshalls....some places you can get such a deal that even if you have to bring it to a tailor you'll still be under$40

i d try like target or h and m , and armani exchange has really cute ones and they are around forty i believe, and they go onsale alot as well
