Random three times, wouldn't i have to say the word random 4 times, because the first wouldnt be a repeat?

Yes of course count the first random as number > 0 (if that makes sense), then follow on x

sorry, could you repeat the question ............ok .....I think you would have to say the word Random 4 times in all like you say.......... Have you ever thought of going to Yoga though!!? or joining the BBC, as they like repeating things and they might be able to help you in this quest - or even Sky Tv as they are brilliant at it!!

Yes, repeating a word once means you've said it twice...etc.
