its customary in some cultures.......but in most cases it's some jackass who's mother didn't tell them "i love you" enough

Yes. Why would they not if they felt comfortable doing it. It's just like putting a tat anywhere else on your body. I wouldn't do it at this point in my life, but maybe down the road I would consider it. Why not.

Yes a family friend. It was freaky at first but we got used to it. It was tasteful at least because one of his friends got F*** you tattoo'ed across his forehead and thats just wrong.

I know one gent who did it to cover a port wine stain birthmark. Chose a mark he wanted instead of one he didn't.

yeah. Personally I don't like tatoo's period, there just plain ugly
