Why he had the NYPD assault and violate the ethnic communities of New York during his tenure as Mayor. Hell, they shot Amadu Dialo 41 times! An unarmed man got shot 41 times...that's a little excessive. And Giuliani just sat there and supported the officers. And we think he'll do anything to clean up the corruption in D.C. Nope.
