A bigger questions is this: "If you don't know what you are drinking and why you are drinking it or what it's properties are for drinking it, WHY ARE YOU drinking it in the first place?" I would stop until you have researched the side effects first. Your body may not even need the components in that concoction and it could make you worse off in the long run.

People don't realize that 'herbal' is still a form of medicines and 'will' counteract or interfere with 'chemical' medications and 'vitamins' as well. Your pharmacist is your best source for identifying things. You should always keep them informed and use the same pharmacy and have them note in their records that you are on any type of concoctions so that if you do take other medicines, they can inform you that it will cause certain side effects. Sometimes even death can occur from mixing herbal and chemical medicines especially when we take them without the doctors knowing we are. That is why they ask you to list everything you are currently on. Ask your doctor and your pharmacist.

I've been living in Tibet for a year, never heard of this, unless you are referring to the caterpillar fungus. Does it look like a dead caterpillar?

Why in the world are you ingesting something that you don't even know about? That is very irresponsible.
