Unfortunatley I spend a lot of time not feeling well as I have a progressive illness, but when I am feeling up to it I grab my soft puffy duvet and favourite pillow and sit on the sofa and watch cr.ap telly all day, drifting off into sleep whenever, drinking cups of tea when I can get up and make them. If I am really lucky I wake up with the cat purring and cuddling me. Makes me feel a lot better.

All depends.... If it is a hang over, then I just get on with things, normally moan a lot about my poor old head lol! If I am actually ill, I just tend to throw myself into things, I can sit around doing nothing or lie in bed... I just get on and up!

I watch movies all day, and nap. DH makes me mashed potatoes or mac and cheese..yum.
I also take a daily vitamin, some medication that helps me sleep, and drink a lot of water or juice.

Snuggle up in bed or on the couch with a big pot of hot tea, cinnamon toast and a book, or movies.
