There was also a great episode of the Simpsons where they spoofed it by being minaturised and being injected into Mr Burns

The Fantastic Voyage, 1966, starring Racquel Welch and others. A bit dated by todays standards. Miss Welch gets attacked by antibodies!

This theme was used in the movie "Innerspace". The main character is miniaturized and injected in a person. At the end of the movie he exits as a tear drop.

The one I remember was called "Fantastic Voyage". I just searched for it, and found out it was filmed in 1966, so it is quite an early Science Fiction film, even pre-dating the original "Star Trek" series!
