No, that's ridiculous. Is being anti-Nazi Germany anti-German?
Is being anti-Bush anti-American? Is being anti-Hamas anti-Palestinian or anti-Arab?
Zionism has a few folds :
1. Jews should have their own country
2. They'll have it in Promise Land
3. They will have it at all costs with disregard to neighbors, international law
4. They will do so with American aid.
Nobody denies 1. , otherwise yes, that'd be racist. It's the 2-4 that gets people, Herzl could've chosen anywhere in the world, but he chose Palestine.

No. They are two seperate entities.
Being anti-semitic decries a hatred of anything Judaic and the Jews as a race or religion.
Being against Zionism is a disagreement of the setting up of an Israel at the expense of another nation or religion of peoples.
For example I have no personal dislike of anyone who is a Baptist but should they decide to occupy part of Denmark to the detriment and physical harm of the Danes then I would seriously object.
Now get off this old chestnut.

NO AND YES
Zionism, there is a belief that many Zionist are not Jewish at all, but claim to be Jewish.
Anti-Zionism, is a good thing, but I'm afraid nothing can be done about it.
Anti-Sentiment, is talking bad or in offensive ways towards the Jewish people and Zionist claim to be Jewish, so yes anti-Zionism in some countries like Germany could be taken as offensive towards the Jews and in turn viewed as Anti-Sentiment.
In Germany it is illegal and people doing such can be jailed.
To learn more about Zionist you may like the two site I included, I don't know if its all true but educational at least in my opinion

No. People can be either one without being the other. There are anti-Semites who are pro-Zionist because they want the Jews all out of their country. There are anti-Zionists who are Jewish and not self-loathing, but just think that Zionism does some of the things to Arabs that the Jews hated having happen to them.

Anti-Zionism is the belief that the Jewish people shouldn't have a nation of their own.
Anti-Semitism is a prejudice against people of Semitic origin. Which usually refers to the Jewish people.
You can see the reason for the confusion. If someone is anti-semitic, they're probably anti Zionism too. And if your anti-Zionism you're probably anti-Semitic.
EDIT: I should have said that Anti- Zionism is against the establishment of a Jewish state in the land of Isreal. I apologize. Me bad.

Anti Zionism can be a respectable political position even for many Jews.

Not really. The Zionist movement was and is the force behind the development of Israel as a "Jewish Homeland", but the movement itself is not specifically Jewish. Semites are the majority of middle eastern people, decendants of the ancient tribes of Judea that have lived, thrived and sometimes didn't thrive throughout the middle east. Zionism is a political believe, while semitism is an ethinicity.

No. It most definitely is not.
Anti-zionism is a political stance against the zionist movement - which is a political movement.
Anti-semitism is a racist stance against the entire semitic race.
As we Americans live in a free country, where racism generally gains little traction, you are free to have your own opinions of either one of the "anti's".

Anti-Zionism means opposition to Israel's expansionist policies and their treatment of the Palestinians, while anti-Semitism means hatred of all Jews.
But the terms often used interchangeably, as a way to smear those who criticize some of the actions of Israel's government.
