Sometimes the "content" are too heavy for "promise" to hold.

well basically people who r not serious about the promise they have committed break it. it depends upon the person who makes the promise. if the person is real honest then he wont break his word. but if the person is not so honest and if he is making a promise for the time-being to get some work done from the person to whom he is makin the promise to then he will break it as the work is done.

they aren't made to be broken

some promises are complicated.that is why we can't maintain promises. we dont like to break promises but we have to.

promises are kept by some n yes they are even broken..thts how life shows its ups and downs thts how life moves onn................time changes a person ..thts wht happns wen time doesnt mingles with tides!!!

its ok but we shud always try to keep our promises!!!!!

promises should never be broken, therefore they stay promises. if they were ment to be broken they surely shouldn't be promises.
